Peak Horizons Capital, LLC (“PHCL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS/text messaging communications to our clients and prospective clients for the purpose of providing timely account information, appointment reminders, and client service communications.
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Peak Horizons Capital — whether verbally, in writing, via our client agreement, or through a digital form — you consent to receive recurring text messages from us at the phone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may receive text messages even if your mobile phone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your account activity and communication preferences. Messages are sent only during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST) unless in response to your direct inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Peak Horizons Capital does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
